Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Houselys! We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible across the United States.

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

All orders are processed and handling is completed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Transit Times:

  • United States: 6 to 16 business days.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: FREE on all orders across the USA.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Houselys is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or for lost packages due to carrier issues. However, if your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@houselys.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
